The company BAITRA, S.L. was formed in Madrid on 8th January 1988 to offer processing and consulting services on matters related to international trade.

In 1990, it began its activities in the area of representation and distribution of naval equipment within the territory of the Iberian Peninsula.

Early in 1992, the company abandoned its consulting services and, due to the need to increase its storage capacity and to be closer to the markets, it moved from its original address in Called Juan Hurtado de Mendoza, in Madrid, to Avenida Manuel Lemos, in La Ramallosa (Pontevedra).

In August 2000, the company moved once again to its current address in Sabaris-Bayona (Pontevedra).
